At the time of object creation you can't create a tag that is a subset of characters of an existing tag

Example: existing tag: biology desired tag: log At the time of an event/task/note creation, if the desired tag isn't a subset of any other tag, the outcome of searching for it yields the option of adding it. However, using the above example, the only constructive option is to add the "biology" tag.
