Bullet web not working for some windows users

Some reports along the lines of "I have and signed up for a trial and loaded the Bullet app on my ipad and phone, but I am unable to download it on my pc. I've tried using 2 different browsers and the "hang tight" screen just pulses for hours. Windows 11, Firefox is my preferred browser."
