Can't complete or edit tasks when using Apple Pencil as stylus

When using the Pencil, I am able to tap on elements in the UI (such as the menu, Habits, tabs) and use it to scroll left/right to change the date, but there's something wrong with tapping on a task title or checkbox. I have to use my finger to tap on it in order to open a task to edit its options. I am still getting used to the Pencil and new iPad Mini but I haven't seen behavior like this in any other app, so I'm guessing it's a bug with Bullet? Thanks for this very clean and simple app!
