Create Note iOS Shortcut wonky

I'm trying to create a shortcut for Bullet that adds the contents of the clipboard as a note. I keep get this stray "receive images and 18 more from nowhere" action. It's not removable. This shortcut creates a note but it doesn't t have any content.

    It appears it's something in Shortcuts since it has now showed in another app that doesn't contain a Bullet Action.

    Update: I was able to create a Shortcut for my watch that lets me dictate a note on the watch and have it show in Bullet. Works great.
