Create Note iOS Shortcut wonky

I'm trying to create a shortcut for Bullet that adds the contents of the clipboard as a note. I keep get this stray "receive images and 18 more from nowhere" action. It's not removable. This shortcut creates a note but it doesn't t have any content.
