Drag doesn't work for me

Since a few updates ago dragging bullets stopped working correctly. The app & my system are fully upgraded, but I can only drag & hold on one bullet at the time before tap/hold doesn't take and just scrolls. So I have to close the app and go back into it to reorder for every single one :(
