Issues with time-specific tasks

Two bugs I think are related (android google pixel user): 1. When I create tasks with a time associated, the task vanishes about a second after it populates on the Today page. 2. When I add a time to a task that previously did not have one, the change quickly disappears after making it, and the task remains time-less.
