Long-press in description sometimes only shows Select All, no Paste

Bugs
In the description / "Write something" editor, long-pressing text sometimes only shows "Select All" without the "Paste" option. Have to leave the task and come back, or try multiple times, before Paste appears.

    Originally part of Suggestions (and Some Bugs).

    In the "Write something" section, long-pressing sometimes shows only "Select All" without "Paste". Have to leave the task and come back, or try multiple times.
