Notifications at the wrong time

"'ve noticed that I'm not getting my morning notification from Bullet at the time set in the app. I thought it might be an hour off from our switch to daylight savings time, but I noticed this morning that it's 2 hours off rather than just the one that I thought it was. In the app I have it set to notify at 6:00 AM EST, but I received the notification at 8:00AM"
