Recurring event Add Time Later

Bugs
When I add a recurring event but then realize I haven’t set an exact time and I go back to add the time, it only adds it to that specific date. It doesn’t pop up with a message like “make change to all future events?” And I think it should. There is no other place to make that a recurring change that I could find.

    **Can't edit time on repeating entries for future instances** When editing a repeating entry, you can change most fields for future instances but not the time. For example, turning off the 30-minute reminder only applies to the current instance, not future ones. Expected: editing the time on a repeating entry should apply to all future instances, like other fields do.
