Recurring event Add Time Later

When I add a recurring event but then realize I haven’t set an exact time and I go back to add the time, it only adds it to that specific date. It doesn’t pop up with a message like “make change to all future events?” And I think it should. There is no other place to make that a recurring change that I could find.
