Siri / App Intents broken - can't add tasks, notes, or events via Siri

Users can't add tasks, notes, or events via Siri on iOS, even though the AppShortcuts are wired up in code (AddTaskIntent, AddNoteIntent, AddEventIntent in BulletJournalAppIntents/). Trigger phrases like "Add a task in Bullet" don't fire / don't reach the app.
