Text Entires getting deleted

Rather frequently I have been running into an issue that causes text I have written to vanish. The things that I write under the Prompts section or in the notes section, or sometimes even the tasks section, are getting deleted before I've had the chance to finish writing. Before I've had a chance to press enter and click out of the text box, something happens and all of the words dissappear. Usually this seems to be triggered by things like me changing to the numerical and punctuation keyboard whilst looking for exclamation or question marks, and when I return everything that I have written has vanished. Is there a way to fix this or work around this? I love this app but it'd making it very frustrating when the things I write keep vanishing.
