Time Format Issue (24-Hour Format / AM-PM Bug)

Hi :) Since the last update, I noticed that the time format seems to be broken. For a short moment it shows something like “16:30 PM”, and then later switches back to “4:30 PM”.

I would really appreciate having a proper 24-hour format option again without AM/PM at all. For many people outside the US, the 24-hour system is much easier and more intuitive to read. Right now the current behavior is a bit confusing. Thanks :)
