Web-Android Sync Problem

When I write or change something on the web, it doesn't sync in the app and the location gets mixed up. For example, I added a new task on the web but it doesn't show up in the app, or I moved a note from my inbox to another list on the web but it's still there in the app and a different note is in the inbox. Aside from this bug, when I rearrange the order of items in the weekly view on the web, sometimes the items that I didn't move get moved to the wrong location. The order is a minor issue but the fact that it doesn't sync with the app is very annoying. I'll wait for your help. Thanks for the awesome app.
