Ability to add description to Habits

Some of my habits require additional information (e.g., cleaning instructions) that is stored in outside applications. It would be helpful if I could include a link to these outside resources within the habit itself. This would involve changing the behavior of tapping on a habit. I propose that to complete a habit you tap the circle next to it, and to access the description/further information you tap the name of the habit.
