Add design customisation

Goals - Maintain minimalism, while allowing for customisation of fonts and colours - Customise entry icons - Improve visual usability in places e.g. week day titles, weeks in month view, overdue text - Customize font sizes (especially day titles) - Color titles preference - When sidebar, move the date unit switcher there.
