Allow tagging an entry at creation time

Originally part of Feature Requests: Add a Web Clipper and other suggestions after two days as a Forever User.

Creating an item (e.g. a workout routine to be filed in a Fitness List with a #fitness tag) currently requires too many mouse clicks. Allow tagging the note when creating it, with keyboard-friendly inline tagging — minimise clicks and lean on the keyboard.
