Allow tagging an entry at creation time
Originally part of Feature Requests: Add a Web Clipper and other suggestions after two days as a Forever User.
Creating an item (e.g. a workout routine to be filed in a Fitness List with a #fitness tag) currently requires too many mouse clicks. Allow tagging the note when creating it, with keyboard-friendly inline tagging — minimise clicks and lean on the keyboard.

I'd love this as well! The ability to quickly set the type and tags while typing the item itself, avoiding button presses. Extend beyond just tags, but also quick changing to other signifiers. Eg start with “-” to set to note, or “*” for an event
Example:
type “- kid wants a bike for his birthday #family” will create a note (from the dash) with the tag (from hash) in one quick entry
