Cancel without deleting or archiving

Feature Request
It would be great to be able to strike through an event that was cancelled, no longer relevant, etc without having to remove it by deleting or archiving. I've seen that available as a feature on tasks, but not for events.

    Yes, some tasks/events are just deletable, but some are “cancelled” and it would be nice to see them with strike through.
