Clear statement on data security of content as well as the user account
The data privacy content page focuses on the user's account data. But there needs to be clarity on how Bullet manages the security/privacy of the content. What cloud service does Bullet use? Is there a SOC2 or equivalent that people can review? What access do the admin users of the bullet team have to the users' content? Bullet's privacy policy does say that "no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure". However, it would be important to know if the design makes an attempt to encrypt the data end-to-end.

My annual subscription is up for renewal next month. Over the last 11 months I continue to really enjoy using bullet but I have not seen in any of the updates any changes to the information about security/privacy. I am still cautious about making further commitments if there is nothing to indicate that our content is encrypted and the best efforts have been made to ensure only the account owner can unencrypted that data. Even just a reply to this post indicating encryption is in place would be a great first step.

I like the way that Diarium works : all data on my own cloud (even If it's Google Drive….🤢). I would pay for something i could feel more confident. I’m a very new user, and i’m not ready to let some parts of my life in my bullet app at this time, and that is something that i deplore..
On the other side, i love this incredible app!! Congrat ‘ for all the work done!

I’ll upvote this. Part of the appeal of my paper BuJo is privacy and permanence (well, with exceptions of course… it could get lost, destroyed, or stolen). I would like to have more confidence that what I enter into Bullet is very well secured, private, and exportable if need be.
