Have events without a time be considered as all day events that appear before time-based events

Hi, was just thinking that it would be great if events without a time attached to them were either automatically, or by manual choice, assigned an 'all day events' value/property which then made them appear above events and tasks that have a time when sorting by time. Much like on a daily Google calendar view where all the events appear at the top of your day. Thanks!
