Louder Notifications/Reminders

It would be great if there was an option to allow certain reminders (high priority etc) to sound with an alarm and strong vibration rather than the basic and fairly discreet reminder set up currently. Not for all reminders but for certain ones with an assigned category etc it would be great for those to be louder and less mistakenly missable.
