Feature Request
Would like to see markdown enabled for underline, highlight, text color and strikethrough. Is this possible?

    Tragic Anne-corinne: I do plan to add this. It's what I started implementing at first... it's very complex!

    Agree, then another somewhat related suggestion: It would be nice to see the markdown formatting as you're typing. Similar to Notion or Obsidian, so the formatting is there as you're editing. As it stands right now, it only formats when you click "done."

    Well afaik underline and text color are only supported in markdown via HTML. Highlight is typically `==highlight==` and GFM extends markdown to include `~~strikethrough~~` or `~strikethrough~`.
