Prompts as Checklist and on certain days

It would be amazing if i could choose prompts for certain days. I have a kid in Kindergarden and i plan his meals in advance. But i do not need to plan his meals on weekends. And it would also be awsome to have prompts as checklists. I like to make a list of meal prep for the day and it would be nice to check things off to see the progress.
