Show completion celebration when all tasks are done, regardless of events

Currently the completion celebration only shows when everything on your day is cleared - tasks and events. But events like birthdays or anniversaries aren't really things you "complete", so the celebration should trigger when all tasks are done, even if events are still scheduled.
