Turn a task into a sub-list, and vice versa

Sometimes tasks, when adding several sub-tasks (that also end up with their own sub-tasks) would be better represented as sub-lists.

    **Copy a list to a date as a task (with sub-lists as subtasks), optionally linked**

    Originally part of Suggestions (and Some Bugs).

    Allow a list to be copied to a date as a new task. Sub-lists appear as subtasks. The new tasks could be linked back to the source list so changes propagate (for incomplete/not-yet-started ones).

Optionally keep them linked back to the original list so changes to the list propagate to the (incomplete) copy. Possibly extend to tags and filters too.
